Adopt TOS

General- Purchase of any adoptable, design, and pngtuber you are agreeing to the Terms Of Service. I am not responsible for any issues caused by not reading the rules.
-You'll receive the adopt and any added work to said adopt, this isn't guaranteed to be added work to each adopt.
-If you have questions you can DM me on these platforms: Ko-fi, Bluesky, and Toyhouse under the username luckytheory.
- Can make NSFW artwork of purchased oc adopts but please be 18+ when doing so.Copyright / Restrictions- I reserve the right to use all artwork and Characters, Adoptables I've created for Present and Future advertising of my work examples are commissions, adoptables, and social medias.
- I retain the copyright of the original artwork and design.
- My adoptables and artwork can NOT be used for the following: NFT, AI's, bitcoin, crypto, and AI training.
- Breaking of these rules is an immediate blacklist and revocation of character ownership without a refund.
- Do not steal, copy, and trace my artwork or designs.Claiming / Payment- I Do not do holds.
- No refunds purchases are finale.
- If you are doing a claim through one of my social medias and not through ko-fi; you must reply within 24 hours of claiming. Otherwise, the adopt will go back up for sale. Payment must be made within 48 hours of claiming. Otherwise, the adopt will go back up for sell.
- if a transaction falls through due to lack of response or payment, I will contact the next buyer in order.
- I only accept USD Via paypal, ko-fi, and cash app.
- Can purchase multiple adopts for anyone Friends, family, and partners.Use / Alteration- Can make changes to the adopt. The adopt is fully yours so you have the right to change anything you don't like or add stuff. i.e. Hair texture, colors, clothes, race with no hate or racist intentions, etc. Just keep original version of the adopt picture/file along with changed version(s).
- You are free to do as you like with the adopt, commissioning others or writing stories or RP.
- Do not use adoptables for any kind of hate i.e. homophobia , racism etc.
- You can use my designs for : Vtubers, Pngtubers, Giftubers, Sona, Persona, and Mascots.
- You can use your adopt for any type of merchandise, as long as there is a visible credit creation of the design / adopt on there. Linking my ko-fi or other socials can be used.
- All adopts are adults. Do not change them to be under 18 years old.Reselling / Trading- Trading is allowed please let me know who the new owner is if its outside of Toyhouse. If you become the owner on Toyhouse Do not hide the character / adopt from me, authorize me if you want to private / hide.
- Reselling is allowed as long as you sell it for the same price you paid for it. Price increase is based on how much a commissions was then added on top of base price. Personal added art has no price increase.
- Co-owning is not allowed. The character must belong to a single owner.

These are a few pngtuber oc adopts I've made the two on both sides are made for veadotube-mini and the middle one is for PNGTuber-remix!
The quality is poor because adding gifs to carrd is kind of hard.
